| A luxurious and decadent experience! We marinated 125 lbs. of our estate grown Montmorency Cherries for six months in 7.5 gallons of 192 proof distilled brandy spirits. We then blended the cherry infused spirits with a small tank of our Sweet Cherry wine. 21% alcohol and 6% residual sugar make this dessert wine a "cordial" affair. Cherry notes complement dark chocolate, almond pastries, other nutty flavors, cinnamon or creamy desserts. Also enjoyable, on its own, as an after-dinner drink. An excellent option for celebration and gifting. 500ml bottles.
